Future Planning involves creating a guide for a person with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) to lead a good life as independently as possible. A plan is important throughout all stages of life and especially in the future after the parent or caregiver is no longer able to provide support. Join The Arc Arapahoe & Douglas Counties and Lehman Disability Planning for an educational workshop to honor your loved one in a way that allows for their care after you are gone.
Wednesday evenings – August 7, August 14, and August 21 (5:45-8:30 p.m.)
A light dinner will be provided. Respite care for children available, upon request (ages 4+).
