Step Up! Into Life After High School: Is a seminar series on planning for post-secondary transitions. We invite parents, family members, educators and young adults with I/DD to learn about topics related to post-secondary transition. This workshop is conducted by our chapter to assist parents and young adults to understand resources and planning for life after high school.
A ten-week series designed to empower families, caregivers, and educators to plan for life after high school. Participants are highly encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible.

· SSI/SSDI and ABLE Accounts
· Daily Life – respite, fun, and employment
· Supported Decision Making and Guardianship
