Join The Arc Arapahoe & Douglas Counties for a six week series designed to educate and empower families, caregivers, and educators to think and plan for life after high school. Each class builds upon information previously discussed. Participants are highly encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible. The Arc Arapahoe & Douglas Counties in partnership with PEAK Parent Center invites parents of school-aged children (5 years +) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to learn what is necessary to adequately support children in the classroom, the doctor’s office and community.
