she/he
Ashley Morgan serves as the Outreach Coordinator at The Arc Arapahoe, Douglas & Elbert Counties (The Arc ADE), where she focuses on building strong community relationships, increasing awareness of services, and expanding access for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. She is passionate about proactive outreach that fosters trust, inclusion, and connection before a need arises.
Ashley brings both professional and personal experience to her role. She is a United States Air Force Veteran, her military background service shaped her understanding of the importance of

communication, cultural awareness, and meeting people where they are. She also grew up alongside family members and close friends with IDD, which instilled in her a deep commitment to advocacy and ensuring individuals have the support they need to fully participate in their communities.
In her role, Ashley works to make The Arc ADE’s services more visible and accessible by engaging with community partners, representing the organization in everyday spaces, and creating opportunities for education and connection. She is driven by the belief that strong relationships and informed communities are key to building a more inclusive and equitable future.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking with her Dalmatian Domino, snowboarding, traveling, and reading mystery novels.
