Advocate

Aubrie is a dedicated advocate with previous experience in case management, special education curriculum development, instructional coaching, and nonprofit work. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, she is a Southerner at heart, earning her bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Tennessee. She specializes in Early Intervention and supports individuals and families through life’s pivotal transitions. Aubrie has earned her Practice-Based Coaching Training Institute Certification from the Colorado Region VIII of Head Start Network and is also an INELDA-trained end-of-life doula, with a passion for helping families with advance planning, finding resources, and making community connections. Because of this, Aubrie brings unique empathy and commitment to her work every day. Aubrie loves walking alongside everyone’s deeply personal path, ensuring that they are both heard and empowered in every decision. As a diagnosed, neurodivergent professional, Aubrie shares a unique perspective and camaraderie advocating for families and individuals alike with I/DD. She is also deeply passionate about affirming practices, acceptance, and the restorative effects of mindfulness and nature-based therapeutic modalities – specifically hippotherapy and birding – on mental health. Outside of her advocacy work, she can be found spending time with her Quarter Horse, hiking with her husband and chiweenie, or bird watching across Colorado.
