Georgia comes to us with over 25 years of innovation and leadership experience. She is dedicated to supporting people and developing a culture of care. She was the Chief Program Officer at Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS), a nonprofit organization that provides supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The organization supports more than 15,000 Colorado residents through case management and direct service programs.
Georgia has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Irish Studies from Rollins College, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and a Licensure in Clinical Social Work from the State of Colorado. she started her career as a direct service provider for an I/DD organization in San Francisco before moving to Colorado for positions with increasing responsibility. Her work history has spanned from Placement Manager at RMHS, leading case managers and engaging in policy work at Developmental Pathways, being Division Director at the Colorado Department of Human Services, and finally back to RMHS as Chief Program Officer. She is excited to work with The Arc ADE and use her knowledge to help become a stronger voice in our community.
