Bilingual Advocate
she/her
Before joining The Arc Arapahoe, Douglas & Elbert Counties, Jenni worked in a variety of human services roles, including youth programming, case management, and outreach across nonprofit and government settings. Her passion for supporting others began at a young age, often stepping up to advocate for her immigrant parents and family. Those early moments taught her the value of advocacy, compassion, and standing up for others—especially those whose voices often go unheard. Later, while working at the Boys and Girls Club, she witnessed the power of mentorship and connection, which deepened her desire to serve. She has continued this work by supporting individuals and families navigating complex systems of care.
Jenni holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, with a double concentration in prevention and intervention, as well as leadership and entrepreneurship. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jenni is committed to culturally responsive advocacy and inclusive support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Como ella siempre dice, “Creo en el poder de la comunidad y en la importancia de levantar la voz por quienes más lo necesitan. Todos merecen ser vistos, escuchados y apoyados con dignidad.”
Jenni was born and raised in the Denver area and is proud to call Colorado home. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog Bentley, staying active, and getting creative whenever she can.
