Kelly Lawler serves as the Director of Communications at The Arc Arapahoe, Douglas & Elbert Counties (The Arc ADE), where she leads the organization’s communication strategy to raise awareness, strengthen community relationships, and amplify the voices of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). With a strong background in nonprofit communications, Kelly is dedicated to ensuring that The Arc ADE’s message of inclusion, advocacy, and empowerment is clear and impactful.
In her role, Kelly oversees content creation, social media, and public relations efforts, ensuring that all outreach aligns with the organization’s mission and values. Her work is grounded in the belief that effective communication can create change, inspire action, and foster a more inclusive and supportive community for people with IDD.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring the Colorado outdoors, and disappearing into a good book. She is passionate about contributing to her community and supporting initiatives that promote accessibility and equality for all.
